This is my next project. This space, behind the barn. It's BEGGING for a garden.
Clearly it's very overgrown. There are some random plants and LOTS of leaves. There are also grape vines crossing overhead. I'd like to keep some of those if I could, but we'll see.
There's a cement barrier around the space, no idea why it's there. There had to be something here at one point but your guess is as good as mine. Since I know little to nothing (mostly nothing) about gardening I will be enlisting the help of friends who have taken on this task. Cleaning the area up will be the first step. I'd just LOVE to have a garden. Challenge accepted.
Crossing my fingers there's some soil under all those leaves!
